More Flexibility with Verbatim & GenAI

We currently have verbatim implemented for all of our content (except those in review). It would be great if after AI Assistant/AI Draft pulls the verbatim responses, if we'd easily be able to have the option to generate a response afterwards. While our first choice should always be the content library response there may be occasions where we need to craft a response using the verbatim response. While we are able to generate new responses currently, we find that we have to prompt the AI quite a few times until we actually get a genAI response. This should be more straightforward or simple. Perhaps a toggle we can turn on to activate genAI on verbatim responses within a project or within an instance.

Hi Pablo, it will be helpful if you can get a recording of the problem the customer is facing. This wil help better understand the problem in detail and determine how we can solve it.
