November Product Update: Key releases and what’s coming next

This session started with an overview of the features now in General Availability, then moving into advanced capabilities available in select packages. We also shared an early sneak peek of our upcoming deduplication assistant and a preview of the proposed 2026 content management updates. The session wrapped with a live Q&A.

Q: For the Reader’s Note, is this used when the AI cannot find information to answer a question?

A: Yes. For example, if a question has two parts such as “Does your solution support integrations? List the integrations” and the AI can answer only the first part, the Reader’s Note appears to let the user know the AI could not answer the second part

Q: Do rewrites work in the Content Library as well?

A: Yes. If you have Responsive AI, you can use the AI Assistant inside the Q&A pair edit window to generate rewrites.

Q: ASK doesn’t seem to rewrite well. It mostly repeats what’s already in the response. Is that expected?

A: Yes. ASK is designed to return answers from your Content Library or connected sources. To rewrite or edit an answer, use the Answering Agent. If you have access to Agents in ASK, you can use the Answering Agent there to rewrite prompts, which is part of a newer feature.

Q: What is the difference between the User Report and the Application Usage Report?

A: The User Report shows task assignments per user to help understand bandwidth. The Application Usage Report shows total time spent in various modules across the platform.

Q: When exporting the Content Health Dashboard, is the download the full database or just the dashboard fields?

A: It includes only the information shown in the Content Health Dashboard. The export is the same data and visuals, packaged in a PDF.
