I’m submitting this enhancement request on behalf of our enterprise customer ZKB (Zurcher Kantonalbank)
Problem Statement
Currently, Responsive allows content owners to share only one Q&A pair or one Document at a time with a Guest user (i.e., someone without a Responsive account). This one-by-one sharing limitation creates significant inefficiencies and friction, particularly for enterprise clients such as Deloitte.
Key Challenges:
- Sharing content individually is time-consuming and repetitive, especially when multiple Q&As or documents need to be reviewed simultaneously.
- Each shared item generates a separate email notification, which can overwhelm guest users and increase the likelihood of confusion or missed content.
- Large organizations often need to involve internal or external stakeholders who don’t have Responsive accounts. In these cases, it’s not practical to require all reviewers or subject matter experts (SMEs) to be trained on the platform. Bulk sharing would make it far easier to manage reviews efficiently at scale.
In summary, the current one-at-a-time sharing model restricts productivity, increases administrative overhead, and creates unnecessary friction for enterprise workflows involving guest collaboration.
