Philips N.A. - Past projects access outside of Content library

Context : One additional question is the status of a feature enhancement I think I may have brought up months ago – that is, to be able to use Past Projects not in the Content Library to use for Auto Respond. Right now our workaround is adding the project to the content library as a separate collection with limited access to others.

@Ginno Bergunio The requirement is to allow Auto Respond to pull and suggest answers not only from the Content Library, but also from past projects that are not stored in the Content Library.

This means users should be able to use responses from previous RFPs, proposals, or questionnaires directly for Auto Respond — even if those past projects were never published or added to the Content Library. The goal is to expand Auto Respond’s answer sources to include historical project data, making it more comprehensive and reducing dependency on curated content.
