Datasets in Guided Projects Filtering screen -Please list them in alpha order

Our client requested the following:

We have a need for our users to see the list of Datasets in *alphabetical order* in Guided Projects filtering screen (The Tiles in the Project level, and the dropdown list at the Section level).

This is important to us because:
- We have alot of datasets and users can more easily scan through and find the one they need by alpha

- we plan to create a new Dataset called “Add external sites” and we named it with the word “Add” so it would show up first on the list.

@dody Thank you for creating this S4 on behalf of our strategic client Microsoft.

Microsoft will be configuring many Datasets for their 22,000+ Guided Project users. In order for users to beable to quickly find which of the Datasets they want selected/filtered to, it would be helpful if they were listed in alphabetical order, or enable the Admin to designate an order in the Organization Settings.

Currently, in Ask, we list Datasets alphabetically. In Guided Projects it appears that they are listed in order of creation.

These changes will be visible in Microsoft's sandbox environment.
