Q: ROI - can it be broken down by BUs?
A: Filtering by BUs is available today.

Q: Will Agent Studio be available to anyone who currently has AI enabled?
A: Agent Studio is part of our Agentic Package specifically. If you are currently part of the Early Access Program and have access to the original Agent Studio, you will have access through the end of the year.

Q: Love the Dashboard enhancements. Under Content Utilization, "Search with no results," can we view this by Collection? Would love to see where only whitelisted sites were used (no library sources) to identify content gaps for new curation.
A: You can set the Collection filter at the top of the screen, then the Content Utilization will update accordingly. You can also click into Take Action, then filter your collection from the new screen that populates.

Q: In Fit, can the 5 documents be a mix of formats?
A: Yes, it can be a mix.

Q: In the content health dashboard, is there a way to remove "Added to collections" from classifications? It tanks my health in classification as my org doesn't use collections heavily.
A: At this time, this is not an option but the feedback has been shared with the product team.

Q: Do the Word files need to be docx for Fit Analysis?
A: Yes.

Q: Can it be updated to include the last year or year-over-year going forward?
A: At this time, it shows content from September 2025 through now and won’t go back any further. The product team has noted the request to include timeline filters as the feature develops.

Q: How about Business Units? How does the content dashboard work?
A: You have the option to filter by Business Units within the dashboard.

Q: Can the content dashboard be separated by businesses?
A: If you have content separated by Business Unit or Collections, then yes — you are able to use that filter specifically.

Q: Is the Dashboard showing the data of the whole team or just the projects managed by myself previously?
A: It shows everything within the Content Library. This won’t cover anything from projects specifically unless content was saved from one, so it reflects everything available to the user accessing the content.

Q: Can we look at the health of a single collection within the Content Health Dashboard?
A: Yes, you can set a filter by Collection within the dashboard at the top of the page.

Q: Does the new AI assistant still have the quick prompt options (Elaborate, More Readable, etc.)?
A: Yes, you still have access to these options. Click the sparkle icon in the bottom left corner of the response card, then select Rewrite to view the options. The same applies in the AI Assistant panel.
