Hello Team, Sharing a client feedback item for review.
When a user moves a project to Trash the system keeps the same user association. After the 30 day auto deletion the audit trail still shows the same user as having deleted the project. The Aztec client raised a valid concern that this appears misleading since the deletion was automated.
The client initially panicked as they believed the user account was compromised because the audit trail indicated a manual deletion and she wasn't using the system for a while. They have requested that audit records clearly differentiate automated system actions from user actions to avoid such confusion and ensure traceability.
Requesting consideration for an enhancement where automated deletions are clearly shown as system initiated actions in the audit trail. This would improve accuracy for compliance and audit reviews.
