Current Behavior:
The email notification is system-generated and cannot be edited or customized, limiting the ability to provide contextual reminders to reviewers.
Requested Enhancement:
Enable the option to include custom message fields in the scheduled review notification, allowing teams to insert specific reminders or instructions.
Example Message to Include:
In addition to your regular content updates, please incorporate any ‘Day 2’ content that is available at this stage, so that it can be reflected and aligned as part of this annual update cycle.
