When we filter to a collection, in this case CIS – Issuer Solution, and ask a question, the response provided is not only searching that selected collection to craft a response. This is verified when I click on the Sources. They indicate they pulled from the DNA, Premier, CUS – Portico SOC Review, Finxact and other collections, as well as the Issuer Solution collection.
If we use the Advanced Search to select the collection, instead of filtering from the left, it does craft from the selected collection only. However, this is not how most of our users filter. Therefore, the AI Response is providing incredibly incorrect responses.
