When we try to run AI Draft, we will see a pop up window showing the list of all sections. If a section is greyed out and if you keep your cursor on it, you will see a help text explaining the different possible reasons for it being greyed out.
But it does not show one of the reasons why it is greyed out. That is - if there are contents present in the response box for all the questions in that section but they are not marked as 'Answered' - AI Draft cannot be applied to that section and it will be greyed out. This can happen even if there is only just a full stop in the response box.
So, the help text needs to show this also as one of the reasons. It can be something like "contents present in answer", for example.
