When we have questions with duplicate answers, ideal behavior would be that the system groups one record with all of the questions in primary and as alternates. For example scenario 1:
Q1: What is your RPO? | A: 4 hours
Q2: Recovery Point Objective? | A: 4 hours
Expected result would be: Q primary- What is your RPO? | Alternate question- Recovery Point Objective? Answer: 4 hours.
When we have duplicate questions with same answers, ideal behavior would be that the system groups one record with all of the questions in primary and as alternates. For example scenario:
Q1 RPO? | A: 2 Hrs for Ent customers
Q2 RPO? | A: 4 Hrs for SMB/MM customers
Expected result would be: Question: RPO? | Response 1: 2 Hrs for Ent customers. | Response 2: 4 Hrs for SMB/MM customers.
While we understand there may be scenarios where they expect some of these to be duplicates intentionally, it will be good to give an option during import to handle the same.
