Q&A

Q: Is Verbatim available without the AI package turned on?
A: Verbatim is only available for users with AI at this time.

Q: Does Smart Search also work with foreign languages?
A: Yes. AI can generate responses in other languages.

Q: Why does Smart Search give different responses when a question mark is added versus when it isn’t?
A: This happens because of the AI logic. When looking at semantic similarity, adding a question mark changes the character count, so the similarity scores differ slightly. The team continues to evaluate if this needs adjustments.

Q: Do content owners and admins have access to marking content as Verbatim, or is it only for admins?
A: Anyone who has access to edit a Q&A pair can mark it as Verbatim, including content owners, not just admins

Q: Does the Q&A activity report show edits made from the Content Health Dashboard?
A: No, it will only show that content was edited, not how it was found.

Q: Does the new search only go against the content library?
A: Yes.

Q: How do we turn on the Content Health Dashboard for other admins? Is it only for super admins?
A: It is available for Admins and Super Admins. If someone who should see it can’t, reach out for troubleshooting.

Q: In the Content Health Dashboard, are content updates automatically assigned to Q&A owners?
A: No. When you click “Take Action,” you can assign updates to owners manually, but it isn’t automatic.

Q: Is Smart Search enabled in and can I use it now?
A: Yes. You can enable it in Organization Settings → Content Library → Preferences → Others. If you don’t see it, contact your CSM.

Q: Do we need to activate Smart Search, or is it automatic for AI customers?
A: You can turn it on in Org Settings under Content Library → Preferences → Content Library Smart Search.

Q: How does the Duplicate and Obsolete section identify obsolete content if Q&A pairs don’t have a review cycle?
A: It identifies content as obsolete if it hasn’t been used or updated in over a year.

Q: What types of questions are better for Smart Search vs Ask? When would we use one over the other?
A: Use either when pulling from the library. Use Smart Search if you want narrowed, keyword-based results. Use Ask if you want convenience in pulling answers from the library.

Q: Does Smart Search replace exact phrasing search?
A: No. You can still use exact keyword phrasing, but Smart Search adds semantic search, so exact words aren’t always needed.

Q: What’s the difference between Auto-Respond and Ask?
A: Auto-Respond is similar to AI Draft—it attempts to answer all project questions at once. It’s not an AI feature, so if you have AI Draft, use that instead.

Q: Is the new feature available to AI customers, or only to non-AI customers?
A: Only non-AI customers. AI customers should use AI Draft.

Q: Are checkboxes and drop-downs available in Excel?
A: Dropdowns are already available. Checkbox requests are being collected for the Product team.

Q: Does Quality Check work for both Q&A and Section/Description?
A: Yes. Quality Check always looks through both Q&A pairs and Section Descriptions within a project.

Q: Will the AI certification training on Day 2 be available later on demand?
A: Yes, it will be available on demand in 2026.
