Workflow Request:
If my understanding is correct, Julia (From Securitas) is looking to lock down the response header so that users can only choose between certain response headers and not create a new one for each Q&A pair so that she does not see 18 different responses. Right now this is not possible. If a user select "Add a new response" a new response header will be shown by default and if they fail to clean it up then it will be created as a new response header.
