PIMCO - Ability to impersonate SME to complete a task

Context:

Given we cannot impersonate an SME to complete an assigned task, we have come up with several “workarounds” (not great options but the best we could do). Can we please add the ability to impersonate to the list of enhancement requests? This one if especially important as we had this feature in Qvidian and this feature is used heavily.

Goal: our POC is looking at the ability to be able to impersonate an SME to complete their task for them in a open project. They still want to have the activity assigned to that SME so they can metric this information for future reporting. @Arun S

@Ginno Bergunio Impersonation - I don't think this is the correct solution. Instead, we need to recommend reassigning of authors or reviewers. Your thoughts.

@Khalees V I agree with you 100% but unfortunately that is not the workflow at PIMCO. They need to have the admin ability to progress DDQs for their SMEs and still give credit to the actions completed in getting the DDQ completed. This helps with their internal reporting and metrics to identify which SMEs spent X amount of time on certain Projects, Tasks, Etc. The effort in having to move the review/task/action from the SME to the Admin then push the review through, then again move the it back to the SME would NOT be a viable workflow for them.
