The client has requested a feature that allows users (particularly Admins) to receive automatic notifications when a specific record in the Answer Library is updated. Currently, Responsive does not support automated alerts tied to individual content changes or user roles. While bulk notifications to content owners are possible, there is no existing functionality to notify all Admins or designated roles of specific record updates in real-time. This enhancement would improve visibility and governance across content changes, especially in collaborative environments.
