"Adding new section templates" popup to display in a new tab

Equinix is suggesting that when a user adds New Sections from Section Templates in a project, if the window opened in a new tab, it would allow a user to easily compare what they already have in their project with potential new sections that they might want to add.

Update

Working with Product Design team (Raghu) for the design.
Once we have the design - we will validate with the customer to ensure the solution addresses the problem.

@Erica Nelson Do you know why they need to refer already added sections while adding section templates? What problem did they run into? Did they add it twice? Did they miss to add?

@Khalees V a main use case for Equinix is creating proposals with section templates. They currently have 286 sections they choose from so I believe they are requesting this to make sure they have included everything they need. Maybe giving the ability to resize and move the pop up could be another solution?

That said, We already have an option to move the popup.
