Formatting question

Hi all,

I have an issue with the formatting of answers as presented through search. Now in the Rich Text Editor everything looks OK and the answers copy and paste out fine. But when we search in Responsive all the answers are being presented with double line breaks. It makes it very difficult to search for what you want.

In the text editor we see this:

But in Search we see this

Hi @Wayne Blacklock, please try editing your library in bulk to update the line spacing through bulk options. Please review this article and hop to the "formating responses in bulk" section for the most relevant resources. I have also added @catelyn, your CSM, to follow up and discuss this issue with you.

Hi Renee. That was the first thing I tried. I've experimented with multiple combinations and nothing seems to work.
