I’d like to suggest an enhancement for Response Project workflows: auto-saving for project notes.
Project notes are a great resource during the bidding process. They allows us to record and track important information, such as kickoff call discussion that include our strategies, customer background, etc. Project notes are critical for tracking decisions, updates, and context throughout the response cycle. However, without auto-save, there’s a risk of losing valuable information if someone navigates away too quickly, forgets to manually save, or experiences a session timeout. In fact, this has happened to us on several occasions and we have lost critical information to help us craft our responses.
Enabling auto-save would provide three key benefits:
- Reduced risk of data loss - Ensuring important details are never lost due to user error or system interruptions.
- Improved collaboration - Project teams can rely on a continuously updated record of notes, making it easier for everyone to stay aligned.
- Efficiency and speed - Teams can focus on the substance of their responses instead of remembering to hit “save.”
Therefore, having this auto-saving feature would be beneficial for internal users as well as external users. TY in advance for consideration of this request!
