Q: Will a notification be sent if an alias is added?
A: No.

Q: Can a list of product names be imported into the glossary instead of typing each one?
A: At present, no.

Q: What about the Verbatim setting in Responsive AI?
A: Verbatim will be covered in the next release. It currently has limited access, and we want to ensure everyone is equipped with the right guidance before rollout. More information is coming soon.

Q: Does alias support work with SSO?
A: Yes.

Q: Can the executive summary handle tables in the template?
A: Yes.

Q: Is the executive summary template essentially a prompt for how executive summaries should be written?
A: Yes. You can direct it on how you’d like the Executive Summary outlined, including the sections and structure.

Q: What is the limit for items that can be added to the glossary list to NOT be translated?
A: There is no limit.

Q: Are review reminders applicable for reviewers needing to go over project content?
A: At the moment, reviews are just for Content Library owners. This is a great suggested feature for projects.

Q: Do real-time metadata updates apply to updated owners in the review tab as well?
A: Yes. Any new owner changes will be reflected in the Content Library.

Q: Do real-time metadata updates include owners and review dates?
A: Yes. Updates to owners and review dates will be retained. Note: Moving a review date far out may remove it from the review queue, but the new date will be saved.

Q: Does the metadata update include owners?
A: Yes. For example, removing an owner on a Q&A pair pending review is saved correctly.

Q: Does the document go through moderation with this new change? How do you ensure unnecessary information isn’t uploaded?
A: You can enable Document Library moderation in Organization Settings. This ensures everything is approved before being added to the library.

Q: Does the bulk review reminder apply to guest users?
A: No, it does not apply to guest users.

Q: Is this new reminder similar to the “Notify Owners” feature?
A: It’s similar, but specific to questions in review status. If you use Notify Owners to target overdue reviews, this new reminder can help streamline that process.

Q: Does the reviewer need to be a user in Responsive, or can they be a guest?
A: Reviewers need to be a user in Responsive.

Q: Can custom fields be applied to new documents?
A: Yes, as long as the custom field is set up to support documents.

Q: Can guests see the Recommendation tab?
A: No. Guests can only see the questions assigned to them and any comments left for them.

Q: Guest Portal — is this for internal users or external?
A: The Guest Portal is for anyone invited into a project as a guest, which means it is for external users.
