Current Behavior:
- When a custom field filter (e.g., Investment Strategy) is applied in the Q&A Library, the system automatically sorts tags by count in descending order.
- At this point, the sort order cannot be changed. Options such as switching to alphabetical (A–Z / Z–A) or ascending by count are unavailable.
Customer Request / Expected Behavior:
- After applying a custom field filter, users should be able to adjust the tag sort order.
- Specifically, the ability to sort tags alphabetically (A–Z, Z–A) or toggle between ascending/descending by count should be available.
- Alphabetical sorting is the customer’s preferred option and aligns with their typical workflow.
Business Impact:
- Users are unable to sort and review tags in a way that supports their reporting and content organization workflows.
- Causes inefficiency when working with filtered responses in the Q&A Library.
