Our client, Availity, said that when you go to close out a section the metadata that shows where a response came from goes away (I.e. lightbulb icon, etc.). She wants the ability to have that metadata remain so it allows for her to easily tell where the response came from. She also wants the ability to have a way if the section is closed that the response box is grayed out to not allow for edits, rather than having to re-open the section entirely. When she does this, it moves the section back to 'submit for review' even though it's already been fully reviewed. It also reduces her percentage reviewed in the process.
