Restrict Team member's from being able to mark an answered question/as unanswered

Blackline (115K ACV) is requesting that team members not be able to edit a response once the question is marked as answered. They have an issue with users editing responses after they have marked the response as answered. They have access to custom roles, but it doesn't appear that our permissions are granular enough to be able to control this function.
