John wants to be able to add files that are the same but the system won't let him. Even though the files are the same he'd like to bring in different file names into specific sections as this part of their workflow today but this system won't allow this.
Direct notes from Support:
Issue: User is trying to upload files and getting the "duplicate files already exist" warning message.
Update 1: Checked the files the user is trying to upload with the existing files in the project and found that other users have already uploaded same content. I have explained to user that similar file has already been uploaded but has different file name which is why the system is preventing from duplicates to upload.
User refuses to accept this and further questions the workflow. I have asked for CSM to intervene as there are no further explanation that can be provided from Support.
