Q: Is there a way to take out response headers that are on the list and not in use?
A: Yes, there is! You can go to your Content Library, select all content, then click More > Other Bulk Options. Under the Answer section, choose Response Headers, and you’ll be able to select the ones you'd like to remove and rename them.

Q: Allow guests to mark questions as answered. This feature lets guest contributors manually indicate whether their questions have been answered or not. With this, guests do not need to be added to RFPIO by default. Is that correct?
A: Yes, guests don't have access to Responsive, so this toggle provides them the ability to mark questions assigned to them as answered—with parity of how authors respond inside the Responsive tool.

Q: Yes, I wanted to know if the dashboard shows documents that are outdated and/or haven't been used.
A: Good question. For the MVP in the fall release, we are going to start with Q&A, but we plan to include documents in the reporting in the future.

Q: So many drop downs! Will AI be able to answer them?
A: Yes. Previously it was skipping them—now you can respond to the dropdowns with AI Draft.

Q: Will the content dashboard be limited to super admins?
A: No. Super Admins, Admins, and custom roles with admin accessibility will be able to access once available.

Q: What do you mean by a limit of 5 files for Analysis Agent?
A: You can add up to 5 files in Analysis Agent.

Q: Can project contacts receive notifications when guests complete their work as well? That would be super helpful.
A: Yes! Project contacts in Responsive can get email notifications when guests finish their assigned work. The primary project contact is automatically notified about everything happening in the project—this includes updates like when a section author (whether internal or guest) marks their part as complete.

Q: What are some examples of the websites others have loaded into the AI ASK function? I have only loaded our website, and I can't think of any others.
A: You can load up to 10 websites into Ask to help it generate better responses. For example, we add sites like help.responsive.io (our Help Center). Just keep in mind—Ask can only search pages that are publicly accessible, so anything behind a login won’t work.

Q: Can we park the notifications on question level to trigger once a day on predefined time?
A: Yes. Daily and/or weekly task and assignment reminders can be automatically generated via email, and the frequency of these reminders can be configured. Individual users can also set their own preferences in the "My Account" settings.

Q: Can you set that filter at the Project Settings level or is that just during the AI Draft session?
A: Yes, you can add additional filters within a project via Project Settings. Here is an Academy course that goes through these options in more detail.

Q: On the Reviewer email, would the reviewer receive an email for each question? For us, the reviewer would receive an email number = to the number of questions (sometimes 100+).
A: Yes, if the setting is turned on, once the author completes the question, the assigned reviewer would receive an email.
