The customer, Adenza (Nasdaq), is currently unable to delete or unlink documents that are associated with multiple QA pairs in the RFPIO Content Library. When attempting bulk deletion, they receive an error due to the documents being linked to 15 or more QA pairs. Manual unlinking is not scalable in such cases.
The customer has requested a new feature that allows end users to:
- Bulk action support (unlink/delete) for documents that are linked to multiple QA pairs.
This enhancement would reduce the dependency on support and engineering teams and streamline content management for users handling large content libraries.
Current Limitation:
At present, unlinking or deleting documents that are tied to QA pairs requires backend support and qualifies as a Professional Services (PS) task. This limits user autonomy and adds delay for high-volume content updates.
Customer Justification:
Adenza has transitioned from using Adenza documents to Nasdaq documents for InfoSec responses. They need an efficient way to manage and clean up outdated documents from the system. The lack of self-service options makes content management cumbersome.
Please review and assess feasibility for inclusion in a future release.
