PROD-I-655 RFPIO time tracking

Hi team,

Stacey Richards from Herff Jones raised an enhancement request. , The client expected RFPIO time tracking to be available separately for the users to read RFPs for first time users while responding RFPs, users while reviewing RFPs,

The use case client mentioned for the request of this feature is, "We feel like a large amount of time our RFP Specialists time in responding to a bid is not currently being accounted for in RFPIO and would like to understand ways we can improve and capture this time in reporting. One item is the time actually reading an RFP, then responding, re-reading the RFPs."

Could you please check on the request.

Hi Sneha,

Thanks for submitting the idea, it is pretty difficult to track the user reading the RFP's. As of now, we are tracking mouse movement and keystrokes while responding to rfps. We cannot detemine that the user is reading the rfp just because of the users is in our application, even the user might have open our application in one tab and he might refer the article in othe browser tab. This is difficult from the technical point. Please convey to the customer.
