I’m submitting this enhancement request on behalf of our strategic customer Deloitte.
Problem Summary
Currently, when a Guest user completes their assigned project questions and clicks the Submit button:
- There is no visual indication in the Project or Section view to reflect that a Guest has submitted their responses.
Impact
- Project owners and team members have no visual indicator from the project view into whether a Guest has completed their assigned work.
- This creates a risk of delays or missed reviews, as submissions may go unnoticed without manual follow-up.
- Lack of visual indicators disrupts efficient project tracking and quality assurance workflows.
Examples & Suggested Enhancements
Example 1 – No Visual Indicator on Question Responses
A Guest responded to two assigned questions and clicked Submit.
Issue: No green checkmark or visual indicator appears next to the Guest’s initials on those questions, making it unclear whether the Guest completed their work.
Suggested Enhancement:Add a green checkmark next to the Guest’s initials (within the Answering Page view) on individual questions once they submit a response.
Example 2 – No Visual Indicator on Section-Level Responses
A Guest was assigned an entire section and submitted responses to all questions.
Issue: No green checkmark appears in the Sections view to indicate that the Guest completed the section.
Suggested Enhancement:Add a green checkmark next to the Guest’s initials in the Sections view once they submit all assigned responses within the section.
Summary of Requested Enhancements
- Visual Indicators – Question Level:
- Show a green checkmark next to the Guest’s initials on individual questions they've submitted.
- Visual Indicators – Section Level:
- Show a green checkmark next to the Guest’s initials in the Section view when they’ve submitted all questions within that section.
