P.S. For those who asked about auto-enabling the Content Review Dashboard — great news! The Product Team is working on it, and Super Admins will soon be able to access it directly from the Reports tab.

Q: Are there any plans to include dates in the Content Review Dashboard in the future?
A: Even now, you can use filters to see any data related to a particular date—such as the created date.

Q: Is there a way to find out how effective using the AI SharePoint access option is vs. Q&A pairs? Is the SharePoint option usable on its own?
A: It will still prioritize Q&A pairs. Currently, there's no option to have it only look in SharePoint.

Q: How do I find the Content Dashboard again?
A: Super Admins (for now) can access it under the Reports tab. More info here: Content Review Status Dashboard

Q: For reviews, is there a report to see who completed their review—for end-of-year brag stats, for example?
A: Currently, we have a report to see open review status. In the future, we’re planning to add completed reviews.

Q: I can't find the option to add SharePoint—do we need our CSM’s help?
A: First, enable SharePoint under Org Settings > Integrations > SharePoint. Then, go to Organization > Responsive AI > Preferences to enable it there.

Q: Is there a way to access past projects from the Content Library rather than from the recommendations tab in a specific project?
A: At this point, this is only available within Projects.

Q: Is there a way to delete an author from the entire section if you put the wrong author, or do you have to remove them question by question?
A: You can bulk update in Projects by using the checkbox feature, then selecting "Manage Users." You’ll have the option to remove or reassign!

Q: When will the Content Review Status be available to Admins with all permissions or to other roles that have outstanding reviews pending?
A: We will release this as separate roles and permissions. Timelines will be confirmed soon.

Q: When you merge content in the library using the Content Cleaner, is there a reason the content usage count does not merge?
A: You should have an option to add your Used Count via the Duplicate Report. We recommend working with your CSM to ensure there’s no issue with your report.

Q: If you think the TRACE score should be higher based on the content, how do you train the tool or update the score?
A: At this point, there’s no option to train the TRACE score—it’s an automated score set up on the backend.

Q: When prompting the answering agent, is it best to tell it how to answer, like in the example?

Q: Wow! When will the Content Library dashboard go live?
A: As of June 9, 2025, only Super Admins can access it and your CSM can enable access. The team is working to roll this out more broadly to all admins soon.

Q: Can the TRACE score be manually altered?
A: TRACE cannot be manually altered—it is determined by a pre-created algorithm. If you have a specific use case, we’d love to hear about it!

Q: Will the Analysis Agent be available to everyone, or is it a buy-up option only?
A: Right now, it’s only available via early access. As it becomes widely available, it will be part of our AI package selections. Your Account Manager can help you understand how it fits into your contract.

Q: I have several reviews going and have the icon for the report. I am getting an error saying, "Please check after content review is enabled."
A: TBD if this is an issue—no response yet from Natalie.

Q: Can we narrow down which SharePoint sites to search?
A: Yes, you can select specific SharePoint sites when setting up your external data sources.

Q: Do we need to request to enable the SharePoint feature?
A: First, you will need SharePoint enabled under Org Settings > Integrations > SharePoint. Second, under Organization > Responsive AI > Preferences, you will need to enable it there.
