Currently the CL only supports .docx and .xlsx when using Import File to bring in multiple Q&A pairs at once. CloseReach is interested in the ability to use this option with PDF files as their historical RFPs are in this format, especially knowing that PDF files are supported for project document import. Converting PDF to .docx can sometimes negatively impact the formatting, which can complicate mapping for import.
