Toggle button on AI Draft

Infor shared feedback on the Spring 2025 release. They love the new option to add up to 10 external sites to AI Draft. However, for some RFPs, they don’t want AI Draft to pull from external sites.

They’re asking us to considered adding a toggle or button to turn external site use on or off as needed on the AI draft screen.

@Kevin Cooper This will be possible after we roll out "include and Exclude" option for the Collection filter in July (Mid to End).

Here are the steps

1. Create a collection called as "External Data Source - Website
2. Map websites to the newly created collection
3. Then exclude that collection in the AI Assistant and AI Draft filters using the Exclude option (In Development)

I will keep you informed once the "Include / Exclude" feature is rolled out.
