Icon/indicator for changes made to responses

Client seeks a quicker way to identify if a reviewer made an edit to a response.

-Currently there are three options to signal/look into a change:

1. Check Activities tab (full Project), use filters : best option

2. Check Activities tab for each individual question

3. Having Reviewer flag/comment : not a great flow, SME's forget to do this

For now, I'm marking this as "Will not implement", given the current applicability and scope of the enhancement request. We’ll revisit it if we see more demand or a broader use case in the future.
