Any enhancement requests were sent to the Product Team. Here are some questions not addressed on the Live Q&A! 

Q: I have used the new AI Tool for an individual question. I did not see a delete button or a regenerate of the AI answer. I noticed the AI has the capabilities to rewrite, make concise, etc.
A: Along with the rewrite, make concise, elaborate, and similar commands, you can also append your prompt to make the AI regenerate the answer based on the prompt provided.

Q: For adding external websites for AI, how does it deal with content behind a login? For example, I'd love to add a link to our Help Center, but you have to be 'logged in' to see content there.
A: As of the moment, we rely on external search engines to fetch results from the websites configured. For websites that require login, we need to fetch this information ourselves and index it. We don't support the latter at this time.

Q: How do you address AI hallucinations?
A: TRACE is an indicator of AI hallucination. A lower TRACE score can mean that the AI has hallucinated.

Q: Is the AI Assistant redesign only in Projects? (like, not in the Content Library AI Assistant that's in the search bar?)
A: Some of the AI Assistant redesign elements will also reflect in ASK, Guided Projects, and ASK in Lookup, but not in the Content Library at the moment.
