During AI Draft, a question was considered 'answered' if at least one of its required response fields contained an answer, such as those initially populated via AI draft. So, all questions showed as 'answered' before the update, even if some had only a single response filled.
However, the 'update source file' introduced a different logic for determining the 'answered' status. Now, after the update, a question is only marked as 'answered' when all of its associated response fields have been completed.
