My client, Stambaugh Ness, is having issues when it comes to editing their proposal from the proposal builder via 'Edit in Word Online.' They noted that when they select the option to edit the proposal the formatting gets completely messed up and makes it harder for them to make the necessary edits they need to then have the appropriate reviewers take handle on the proposal within Responsive. This is also an issue I have heard/seen be consistent across other clients and even with our own CSM Demo Instance.
Included is a screenshot from the CSM Demo Instance that showcases at least how the formatting doesn't look accurate.
