Users are receiving email notifications for moderation that show the total number of pending QA pairs across all Business Units (BUs), regardless of their assigned BU access. This has led to confusion, as users like Elaine Brogan, who only manages one BU, are seeing inflated counts (e.g., 1140 items) when only 68 QA pairs belong to her BU.
Currently, all users added to the moderation list under organization settings receive the full count, which includes items from BUs they cannot access. The request is to enhance the moderation email notifications by splitting the pending content count by BU, so users can clearly distinguish which moderation items are relevant to them.
This change would improve clarity and reduce confusion for users with access to specific BUs, like Elaine and Suki, who are intentionally included in the moderation list but do not need visibility into all BUs.
