A request from IMA Financial Group:
They regularly need to engage in project opportunities that are more sensitive in nature in which they need to more significantly limit view/engagement of the project even among admins.
The enhancement request would be an extension of the 'Mark Private' function at the section level, where an admin/super admin would be able to mark an entire project as private and prevent other admins from being able to view/interact with the project in any way. Ideally only the initiating-admin (or super admin) and anyone they specifically invite would be granted view/access to the project.
The section level piece isn't enough for this use case as admins can still view project documents, about page, etc.
