Project Sequential Reviews - Removing Editing Capabilities until it is the Reviewer's Turn

Currently in Projects when you have a sequential review set up, the only feature that is removed is the "Review" Button when it is the reviewer's turn in the review process, but they can access questions and save any edits at any time. This essentially creates an "All" situation as any reviewer can access the Q&A at any time and save edits.

Ask is for the reviewer to not have the "Reviewed" toggle and also NOT be able to make any edits/save changes until it is their time to review in the established sequential process.

Multiple customers (Example: PIMCO/Infor) are requesting this functionality in the system.

@Erica Nelson Ideally, the second reviewer in the sequential review cycle shouldn't be allowed to modify or add answer until the first reviewer completes the review. We will consider it when we enhance the review workflow in future. As of now, this is not in our 2025 roadmap. Let you know when we prioritize and add to the roadmap.
