In the Organization Settings → Content Library → Catalog Structure, the Delete button for catalog elements is only available when there are no catalogs associated with the catalog structure. If an element is linked to any catalogs, the delete option is not displayed.
The client has requested that the Delete button remain visible in all cases, with a confirmation warning such as: "This catalog structure is used in several locations. Deleting an element may cause errors. Are you sure you want to proceed?"
