Q: Can you turn off the pop-ups for accept/reject when not enabled in moderation by an admin?
A: This can be turned off in your email notification preferences!

Q: Is it possible to set individual due dates for reviewers? Currently, only one review due date is allowed, but I would like to be able to assign each reviewer their own due dates to ensure the last reviewer has sufficient time to complete their review.
A: Yes! You can assign individual due dates to reviewers in the sequential review flow in the Content Library.

Q: Do section-level filters work with Recommendations?
A: The Recommendations pane will not look to AI filters at this time.

Q: Where is the onboarding path managed in the settings?
A: This will be an automatic addition for Team Members with no ability to customize it at this time.

Q: Where is the setting for "Business Units - Restricted Access" in organization settings?
A: It is currently not available in Organization Settings. Your CSM and AM would enable it on the backend.

Q: Is there a cost to become certified?
A: Yes! Each exam is $199. Scholarship opportunities are available if you do not have an education budget—email scholarship@responsive.io for more information!

Q: Will we be able to use Datasets when filtering at the section level?
A: At this time, Datasets are only available with Ask.

Q: AI Draft now allows you to apply section-level filters. Will we be able to set section-level filters for the normal Recommendations pane as well?
A: You can currently save a filter as you work through the Rec Engine! It can be found on the filter search bar in the pane itself.

Q: For AI Draft section filters, can I have different filters applied to different sections when AI Draft runs?
A: Yes! Just leave all sections without filters and do a fresh AI Draft run for each section.

Q: If you have a sequential review set up and one of the reviewers doesn't review, can the final reviewer still accept and complete without that other reviewer?
A: Currently, the reviewer must complete their assigned review before the next person can proceed. To avoid delays, you can remove that person from the review.

Q: If you set an AI Assistant filter at the project level, how do the section filters affect it? Do they override or overlap?
A: The project settings filters will remain (and cannot be updated), but you can still add filters to AI Draft on sections that do not have specific filters assigned.

Q: Not specifically for sequential review, but will we be able to add a user to review twice even if it's set to "all" as the review cycle?
A: We'd love to hear more about your vision for this request! This could be useful in the future when "any" or "all" options are included in a sequential flow.

Q: Is content moderation/notification optional?
A: There isn’t a way to toggle it on/off at the Org Settings level, but you can update email preferences to turn this off. Admins can adjust this for team members, or individuals can do it in their own profiles.

Q: Can reviewers review out of order?
A: No, they must follow the assigned order.

Q: With sequential review dates, will they default to the project due date? Or is there a message that says, "This due date is later than the project due date?"
A: If a scheduled review is set up, the default aligns with the scheduled review period. Users cannot complete the review if the due dates extend beyond the project due date.

Q: Are there reminders if reviewers miss their deadline?
A: Yes, the standard overdue emails will still apply to all missed reviews.

Q: Can content moderation notifications go to the person who added it to the content library? Our questions don’t have owners assigned to all of them.
A: Currently, notifications only go to content owners. For now, assigning owners upon creation would be the best approach. We’ll take this as an enhancement request!

Q: When you assign sequential order, are all assignors notified at once, allowing anyone to respond before their assigned turn?
A: No, reviewers are notified when it's their turn to review, not all at once.

Q: Can you customize who receives the email about accepting/rejecting?
A: At this time, it will only go to the content owner, with no option to update this. We'll note this as an enhancement request!

Q: When moving to the next reviewer, other than the activities log, is there an easy way to see what changes the previous reviewer made?
A: The best way to review changes is still in the Activities log. If you have suggestions for improvements, we’re open to new ideas!

Q: How does this work when teams own content? Can one team member complete the review on behalf of the whole team, or is each member required to complete it?
A: Right now, only one person can be assigned per step. In the future, we plan to add flexibility so teams can be assigned, and any member can complete the review.

Q: Regarding the Team Member role—if we have custom roles, will the new onboarding affect them?
A: No, this will not impact any custom roles at this time. Our product team is working on what this will look like in future releases!

Q: Is there a limited time to take advantage of the 30-day AI trial?
A: The trial will be available for the full FY25 year—activate it when you're ready!
