I think this is a great idea to send a message to someone if net new content is rejected from being added to the library, but I think this is missing including the submitter in the loop.
Example. Say Joe submitted this content to be considered for the library as part of a project. Tim as the owner gets a notification out of the blue that the content is rejected. I suspect the benefit is that Tim can say, “WAIT, we want that!” With that being said Joe is totally left out of the loop/doesn’t know that this was rejected. Is that how this operates?
I suspect you could use a comment to say “@” Joe, we’re rejecting this but it seems like an extra step/redundant to what this feature is designed for.
