Optum Unable to Utilize Proposal Tech within Responsive:
The Optum ORx Team expressed they cannot respond to Proposal Tech projects within the Responsive platform due to the lack of support for editable radio buttons.
Feature Request:Enhance Responsive’s Proposal Tech auto-mapping to support radio buttons with editable text.
Problem Overview:Proposal Tech radio button groups often include options formatted as follows:"Briefly explain [100 words]"
- A screenshots attached of the downloaded Proposal Tech Word version & auto-mapped project in Responsive.
- I have attached a copy of a Word Proposal Tech document.
- In the Proposal Tech online portal, responses must be entered directly within the brackets of the radio button. However, Responsive does not currently support this requirement, preventing Optum from responding effectively.
- While the "Details" field in Responsive allows additional supporting information, it does not fulfill the requirement of inputting text within the radio button itself.
Action Requested – Engineering Input Needed:
- Does Engineering have access to the Proposal Tech portal? Gaining access would provide crucial insight into the required response format and ensure alignment between Proposal Tech and Responsive.
- Is this fix feasible for Engineering to implement? Until resolved, Optum cannot use Responsive for Proposal Tech projects or utilize Proposal Tech Project Templates. If unresolved, Optum will be forced to continue responding directly in the Proposal Tech portal, impacting their workflow and our platform's usability.
This enhancement is critical for Optum’s ability to leverage Responsive fully. We appreciate Engineering’s evaluation and consideration of this request.
