Reassign ownership to also consider content created field.

We have observed that when a user who has created questions in a project is deleted, and the project is completed with the QA pair moved to CCL, the "Created" field in CCL still displays the deleted user name.

This is causing confusion as the deleted user is shown as the creator.

So, can we add the "Created By" field to the reassignment ownership page so that it can be updated accordingly?

Steps to replicate:

1. Create an user (example karan+delete2@rfpio.com).

2. The user karan+delete2@rfpio.com creates a new question in a project.

3. The user is then deleted from the instance.

4. Answer this question and complete the project. QA pair will be moved into CCL.

5. Check the created by field for this question-> the deleted user karan+delete2@rfpio.com will be seen.

Logically, it shows the name of the user who created. Which seems to be correct., Please use the reassign ownership when the user is removed to get updated in other places.
