Projects | Ability to drag and drop project tasks in calendar view (Optum)

As a project owner/manager, they need the ability to drag and drop project due dates using Calendar view so they can quickly change/reassign project dates.

Hi,

Do they want drag and drop to change only the due date or both start and due date?
Is it for all tasks such as author and review or only for the standalone tasks (task created manually in the task page or imported from task template)

Hi @Khalees V They are stating that it depends on the task. If the task just has due date, then just change the due date. If there is a date range, then it should change the start and due date both. Maybe there can be a prompt to the user asking what date to change? and It should be for all tasks.

@Delora Immaculat J Thanks for sharing additional insights. This is currently not in our 2025 roadmap. Tentatively, we are planning to do a POC in Q1 2026.
