Hello Team,
I am writing on behalf of our client, Nordic Capital, to request consideration for a feature enhancement regarding the search and sorting options available on the answer-level page for past projects. Currently, when a user attempts to search through past projects, the only sort option available is "relevance." This limited option can be restrictive for users who would like to sort results based on other important criteria.
Interestingly, when users switch to the content library, they gain access to a broader range of sort options, such as "created date" and other relevant metadata. This inconsistency creates a challenge for our customer, as they are unable to sort their past projects with the same flexibility without navigating away from the answer-level page.
Our client, Nordic Capital, has expressed a preference not to bring all contents from projects into the CCL for some reasons. Therefore, we are wondering if there is a workaround available that could address their needs. If no current solution exists, we would like to formally request that this feature be considered as a potential enhancement.
The ability to sort past projects on the answer-level page by various criteria—similar to the content library experience—would greatly improve the overall user experience and efficiency of their workflow. We believe this enhancement would be valuable not only for Nordic Capital but for other users who could benefit from more granular sorting options.
Thank you for considering this request. We look forward to your feedback and hope this feature can be explored. Please feel free to reach out if any further details or clarifications are needed.
