Our POC, Julia, had a challenge using the new tag feature in org settings. She clicked on the tag and it brought her to the content library with 0 results. This was confusing for her and we put in a ticket to address. We discovered that that the 1 piece of content that was connected to that Tag was archived hence why it wasn't showing up. Support shared that if a content QA pair is in archived, moderation, or in review it will NOT show up when you click the tag bubble in org settings.
This is major flaw in the workflow for tags. Our POC would have to spend additional time looking in each category: archive, moderation, and review to find that piece of content.
The tag bubble click feature should showcase the content related regardless of being in archive, review or moderation.
