Review-ready notifications were found to be going not only to reviewers, but also to Primary Contacts and authors. This is causing confusion.

Hi Amity,
Thanks for submitting the idea and sorry for the delayed response. There is a scenario where we will be sending the notification to the Authors and Project Primary contact.
- When there are multiple Authors in the section and if there are different authors in each question we will send a notification to other Authors as well only when an author chooses the option " Mark My Work As Complete"
In the above screenshot Assume that "C" clicks the highlighted option(Red color) it will send an email notification to "A" and "B", "Project Primary Contact" and the "Reviewer" to know that "C" has completed his work. It is just a message providing the information to Owner of the project(PPC) and co-authors to do their part. I don't feel like there is a confusion, but please let me know how it confuses the users.

Hi @Deepan, thanks for looking into this! The person receiving notifications was not the PPC or a reviewer but it might be likely that he might be an author. Per Khaleeswar (https://rfpio.slack.com/archives/CL7CSQ2DN/p1663878374020929) I filed an S4. Please let me know if you need any more client info from me.
