When customers are creating custom roles, it would be beneficial for some to have the option to remove the Save in Answer Library toggle from authors. This will save time for those who are assigned as moderators/ will help manage content for groups who don't have bandwidth to set up moderation.

Hyland and Hitchi Powergrids have requested this, and Cigna and Evernorth would benefit from it.

The same was requested by Infosys.

Hi there! The primary use case is to avoid having users with the team member role adding content to the library. It would bring parity to user role restrictions placed in the content library itself. Currently, admins have to monitor which Q&A pairs within the project have the Save in Answer Library toggle switched on (and there isn't an obvious way to filter this) prior to completing projects to avoid information getting sent through. Moderation is the only work around but provides an additional lengthy step.

Hi Marcea,
Thanks, I can understand. We have Advanced filter where the Admin user can filter the questions that has Answer library Save settings on/off before completing the section. Does this filter helps the Admin users to turn on/off. ? Please let me know your thoughts.
Thanks,
Deepan M

This is the workaround method we currently give to our clients to help with the situation, but it still requires an admin to go through every single project to complete this step and also requires them to have expansive knowledge on all of our filtering capabilities. The primary concern is that users are toggling the switch on when they shouldn't be. Omitting the ability for users to do this will save a QC step for admins before completing a project.
