Q: Will y'all please remind me how to submit an enhancement request?
A: Under the Help Icon in Responsive > Suggest a Feature or connect with your CSM!

Q: If I add a document to the Document Library and then create a Q&A pair for a first pass, does the AI "read" what the document contains? Meaning can you prompt the document for a response?
A: AI utilizes the Document Library when forming a response. You can see what it used under "Source."

Q: Do all Team Members have access to the Profile Center, or do you have to grant access to specific individuals?
A: Team Members can access Profile Center but need to be granted permission to update!

Q: Are the reminders for activation emails retroactive or only for new users who haven't activated yet?
A: It was launched 12/18, so any new users post that date!

Q: For Responsive AI and showing which answer was applied, are Response Headers now considered when searching the library?
A: At this point, it still does not consider Answer Headers. This is something our team is exploring right now, though!

Q: Is AI Draft showing in the Project or Content Library?
A: AI Draft works in the Project module!

Q: Can we edit the Email template?
A: Support does offer the ability to edit Email Templates; however, you'll have to contact them to set that up. For now, the Emails are automated.

Q: Are the new languages available for the user's view (UI view)?
A: Yes!

Q: Does "Compare and Merge Roles" show the current permissions enabled for a user, including custom roles?
A: Yes, it will show custom roles as well as normal roles!

Q: What would a use case for exporting users to Excel be?
A: If you have a large number of users in the platform and are in a cleanup process or need to share information with someone outside of Responsive on user management, this can help save time!

Q: If you want to use a specific font, but it's not one of the options from the dropdown, can that font be added to the list?
A: Yes! In your Organization Settings under Company Features > Overview Settings, you can add fonts to your instance!

Q: We want to make sure that as of this change, when you delete a style - it doesn't remove any "styling" attributes to an answer that used that style? Currently that is not the case.

A: It will not remove styling attributes retroactively.
