Hi, Can you share the source and exported file with answer to better understand the issue?
@Khalees V - Here is a source file that they have been trying to use for this. Ticket 61002 does have additional details and a call recording of the customer experience. Metlife is escalating a fix for this as they have multiple projects coming in for this template in the next few weeks and do not have a resolution.
@Erica Nelson As per our last call on Mar 15 - We concluded that it's because of the format of the table where both cells are merged together. We discussed about recommending them to unmerge the cell and the import the file, so the answer will be exported in the column next to the question.
Can you please share if the above recommendation worked for the Customer?
