Metrics for Reporting (Custom Fields)

Why doesn't every Custom Field have the "reportable" option? Custom Fields coming from our integration with CRM are not reportable. How can I make these items reportable? Below is a screenshot of one of our Custom Fields that is retrieved through CRM.

@Lisa O'Neil Morning! I didn't dig into this yet….I see the same thing on my end with our integration with SalesForce. I wonder if the type of field we are pulling in makes a difference. Not saying that it should but wonder if that is a driver for the differences we see. FYI @Sarah Biskup

Yes, we were wondering this as well. I was thinking it would be type of field, but it would be nice to know which ones do and which don't. Thanks!
